This action is permanent and cannot be undone
- Account deletion is permanent.
- Messages, contacts, campaigns, automations, and associated data may be permanently deleted.
- Some information may be retained where required by applicable law (billing, taxation, fraud prevention, or legal compliance).
- Active subscriptions should be cancelled before requesting deletion.
- Processing time may take up to 7 business days.

Submit the form below to open your email client with a pre-filled request to [email protected]. We process verified deletion requests within up to 7 business days.
What happens after you submit
- Your email client opens with a pre-filled Account Deletion Request.
- Send the email from your registered address so we can verify ownership.
- Our team confirms the request and permanently deletes eligible account data.
- You will receive a confirmation once processing is complete (within 7 business days).
