By accessing or using WAPilot.io ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful, business-related purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and Meta (WhatsApp) policies
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services

WAPilot.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if violations are detected.

3. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Use of WAPilot.io must comply with all WhatsApp Business API rules, including:

• Proper user opt-in
• Approved message templates
• Business-only messaging use cases

Any misuse may result in WhatsApp Business Account suspension by Meta.

4. AI & Automation Restrictions

General-purpose AI chatbots, open-ended conversational AI, or non-business automation are strictly prohibited.

Automation must be limited to business-specific workflows such as support, notifications, and FAQs.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, and content provided by WAPilot.io are the intellectual property of WAPilot.io.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Client Content

You retain ownership of your content.

By using the Services, you grant WAPilot.io a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

This license terminates upon deletion of data, except where retention is required by law.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

WhatsApp Business Account approval and suspension are handled solely by Meta.

WAPilot.io is not responsible for:

• Account bans
• Template rejections
• Message delivery restrictions imposed by Meta

8. Limitation of Liability

WAPilot.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• WhatsApp account suspension
• Policy violations by clients
• Service interruptions beyond our control

9. Pricing & Payments

Meta pricing and WAPilot.io platform fees are separate.

Meta may change WhatsApp pricing without notice. WAPilot.io is not responsible for such changes.

10. Changes to Terms

WAPilot.io may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by regulation.
